Fertilize Cattleya Hybride : In autumn fertilizing our orchids every 30-40, by mixing a specific fertilizer to our irrigating water, is enough.

continental : The Cattleya Hybride needs direct sunlight, even for many hours a day.
We suggest growing these plants in the garden; during autumn usually they don’t need protections if the minimum temperatures are above -5°C.

alpine : These plants prefer very sunny locations, where they are exposed to sunrays for most of the day.
The Cattleya Hybride stands minimum temperatures some degrees below zero. If the nocturnal minimum temperatures are very harsh it’s advisable to protect them with a non-woven fabric.

mediterranean : This plant needs to be exposed to direct solar rays.

alpine : We suggest watering the the Cattleya Hybride only if the soil is completely dry, avoiding surpluses. If the weather is particularly arid, we should water every 2-3 weeks using 0-1 glasses of water.

mediterranean : Water regularly using about 2-3 glasses of water , every time the soil seems dry; during this time of year every 0-1 weeks might be enough, avoiding excesses.
