Salvia involucrata - Sage

continental : The Salvia involucrata needs direct sunlight, even for many hours a day.
In autumn let’s grow the the Salvia involucrata in the garden. These plants can’t stand the frost, therefore it’s best to shelter them from the cold by covering them with agritessuto or moving them to a cold greenhouse, as soon as the minimum temperatures go below zero.

alpine : These plants prefer very sunny locations, where they are exposed to sunrays for most of the day.
