Thuja plicata - Western red cedar

Fertilize Thuja plicata : During the autumnal months we recommend planting a good quantity of mature manure, or earthworm humus, at the base of our shrubs.

alpine : Watering should be done pretty frequently and regularly, but without exceeding: let’s remember to we the soil thoroughly and let it dry before giving it more water. Let’s irrigate every 2-3 weeks using 3-4 buckets of water.

mediterranean : Watering in this period of the year must be very frequent, even every 0-1 weeks, so that the soil is always slightly damp. For average dimension plants we suggest using about 5-6 buckets of water.
